The short version
Your GCash statement, its password and your transactions never leave your device. The converter runs entirely in your web browser. We don't have a server that could receive your file, and we don't want one.
Your statement and password
- When you choose a PDF, your browser reads it locally. It is not uploaded, emailed, logged or sent to analytics.
- The password you type is used only to open the PDF on your device. It isn't saved in your browser, in cookies or in the page address, and the password box is cleared after converting.
- The Excel and CSV files are created on your device and saved straight to it by your browser.
- Everything is kept in memory only while the page is open. Closing or refreshing the page clears it.
What this website collects
- No accounts, no cookies, no advertising trackers.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type. This never includes your statement or password. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Analytics. We don't currently use analytics. If we add it, we will only use privacy-friendly, cookieless page-view counts (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) and update this page first. Statement data will never be included.
How you can check
Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab and convert a statement. You'll see the site load its own files, and no request that sends your PDF or its contents anywhere. The site's security settings also block the page from contacting other servers.
Children
This site is not directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect anyone's personal data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
